    À propos de moi :

I am married with 2 adult children. I was born and raised in Simcoe and a Norfolk County Resident. I am an active member of the Catholic Family of Parishes in Norfolk, and a life-long member of St. Mary’s Church in Simcoe.

Post-secondary education includes BASc. University of Guelph; Social Work Certificate, University of Waterloo; Career Development Practitioner Certificate, Ontario College Graduate Certificate, Conestoga College.

I have 25 years of experience working in Adult Developmental Services striving to advocate for individuals experiencing injustices and/or lack of services. I will be a strong voice and an advocate for students and their families in education.

My own children attended Catholic schools at both the elementary and secondary levels. I sat on parent school councils at both these levels. I am an active community member and will fight for just solutions to issues and problems.

I embrace the board’s motto: “Excellence in learning - Living in Christ” and strive to be an example to others.

I am willing to do God’s work by continuing to value and develop partnerships of home, school, church and community to foster student and faith development.

I am committed to positive learning environments that provides dignity to all.

I have the energy and time to work for you as I am retired.

    À propos de moi :

I am a mom to two beautiful girls and a wife to an amazing husband. Delhi has been our home since 2015. I have always had a connection and roots in Norfolk County. Delhi is where my Grandparents and Father immigrated to as refugees from Hungary in 1957. If there is one thing I have learned from my Grandparents, it’s the meaning and value of hard work!

My passion for education has always been a part of me. I spent 10+ years working in healthcare and have continued my education with courses and certificates. I have often said to friends and family that I am a forever student, so it was no surprise to them when I announced I was going to run for Catholic School Board Trustee. After having two children of my own and one being of school age, I know how important education is to us parents. I look forward to representing local parents and being an advocate for the children.

The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1b
