What is ACÉPO?
The Association des conseils scolaires des écoles publiques de l’Ontario (ACÉPO) represents all French-language public school boards in the province. ACÉPO’s primary mandate is to assist member boards in the implementation of Ontario’s French-language public education system. ACÉPO’s activities are focused on advocacy and representation of its members’ interests, needs and expectations.
What are ACÉPO’s mission, vision and values?
In a modern society that is diverse and always changing, ACÉPO represents a constant by vigorously and confidently representing and defending the best interests of students from a community united by the French language.
ACÉPO protects and defends the rights and interests of French-language public schools in Ontario, and advocates for a comprehensive French-language public school system in which all students have access to a wide range of top-quality programs and services.
ACÉPO is a democratic association that aims at success, welcomes diversity and is inspired by universal values. In carrying out its mandate, ACÉPO acts in the interests of French-language public education and demonstrates respect, fairness, integrity, and transparency.
ACÉPO partners with associations and organizations that promote French-language minority education in Ontario and Canada.
